life

well yes, this could be read in a way that suggests one must replace cozy sweat pants with restrictive formal wear, top off a hot cup of tea with laxatives, and fully remove that protective personal bubble.  of course, this could also mean you aren't truly living life unless you're facing challenges, taking risks, facing fears, embracing the unknown, and giving honor to all of your various emotions.  i'll go ahead and let you decide which way you'd like to be inspired today.

  4. Ha! You totally made me laugh and feel good all at the same time. Comfort zones are sooo comfy though! But, I do think I'm up for a little push. By push I mean a gentle urging in the right direction.

  9. SO true and so hard. However, I find once you do what you fear, the fear doesn't eat you and you can get on with your life.

  15. Yes, I'm all about embracing uncomfortable situations lately and as scary as they are, getting over the hump of anxiety or nerves or whatever you want to call it is a truly magnificent experience.
