life

well yes, this could be read in a way that suggests one must replace cozy sweat pants with restrictive formal wear, top off a hot cup of tea with laxatives, and fully remove that protective personal bubble.  of course, this could also mean you aren't truly living life unless you're facing challenges, taking risks, facing fears, embracing the unknown, and giving honor to all of your various emotions.  i'll go ahead and let you decide which way you'd like to be inspired today.

Ha! You totally made me laugh and feel good all at the same time. Comfort zones are sooo comfy though! But, I do think I'm up for a little push. By push I mean a gentle urging in the right direction.

Oh, I love this post! I love how empowering it can be to take risks and embrace the unknown. And I love your reminder to honor all of our various emotions.

well this is true enough! i have a risk aversion! but nothing ventured, nothing gained. it is all tricky, but one must take some risks in life! or not! but it is better to try a little! :)

I really hope this isn't about a cup of tea with laxatives...

SO true and so hard. However, I find once you do what you fear, the fear doesn't eat you and you can get on with your life.

this is such a great message and come to think of it, the most important happenings in life have all been at that point where my comfort zone was pushed beyond its safe zone. eeps!

Yes, I'm all about embracing uncomfortable situations lately and as scary as they are, getting over the hump of anxiety or nerves or whatever you want to call it is a truly magnificent experience.
