after camping on angel island, i threw dannon a surprise birthday bash. it was so much fun to see a bunch of friends that we hadn't seen in a long time! we sang dannon the happy birthday song by the new kids on the block {you know, how could we go wrong with that?!}, and i had people sign an art book i had made after taking polka dot robot's quiet nights class.
we also made a little photobooth so people could take way more fun pictures with the birthday boy than the usual arms-around-each-other-picture-after-picture. it turned out to be a lot of fun! here a few of my favorites:
dannon's cousin flew out from michigan and totally surprised him at his party. he had no idea she was coming at all!

and today? well, i must spend some quality time with my apartment and various cleansers after the past two weeks of survival mode {oh grad school!}.
but!
a couple dear friends flew in last night, so the next four days will be filled with adventure and fun! just in time for celebrating the end of my semester.
