thanks everyone for being such fantastic readers and a truly beautiful community of people.
i may be back someday, but i have no idea if that will be next week or in five years. i'm really not a planner, so we'll see. i hope everyone has a fantastic holiday and please take care to fill your wells each and every day.

I have to say this made me cry. I'll miss you and your lovely blog, but I promise we're keeping in touch {thank god for Twitter! and snail mail... I was just putting together a wee parcel this morning!} and one day we are most definitely getting together for chai tea lattes!

NO! When I saw your title I panicked and clicked . . . I really hope it isn't long before you're back! I know we all need breaks now and then (I, for one, can't keep up with blogging every day--never have been able to)--but you're such a vital part of the blogging community (mine, specifically), and I selfishly want to hear from you many times a week! Take whatever breaks you need. I hope you'll be back (and sooner than later) but life definitely takes priority and if you have a lot going on - whether challenging or positive- that you want to take advantage of then get out there and do it!
