365Q

by now we've probably all seen these posted around the interweb.  they're all part of a 365 days photo project by photographer and graphic designer julian bialowas.  365Q is not your ordinary photo project though. here's what julian has to say about it:

"What makes 365q different from most 365 projects is I don’t take a photo a day.
I instead recreate one of my own on a daily basis.
To inspire. To motivate. To get you out there."

i am completely in love with this project {which ended at the beginning of 2011}.
as a lover of nature, adventure, and unceasing personal growth, i find these absolutely inspiring!
lately i've even begun to use some of these as a jumping off point for my morning pages,
and it has been amazing to ask myself, how can i live out these sentiments in my life?

{one of my favs! how often do you have great ideas, but never act on them?}

there are 359 more gorgeous and inspiring photos where these came from
and i highly recommend taking your time sorting through them all.
if you're looking for more inspiration and beauty, you can also check out julian's latest project,
a collaborative magazine entitled 16 hours, devoted to art and exploration of the world.

what are you finding inspirational these days?

  1. I can't get over with the charming world we live in.

These initiatives don't bring something new they just show what's here and we - in the daily rush and other interests dwelling - seem to miss.

Thank you Charming Living Inspiration Girl. I'm one of the few in the world that didn't know about this initiative.

    Have a Wonderful Week,
    T

  2. Thanks for sharing! I've seen some of these but I didn't realize one person was behind it all. I'll definitely check it out. Great way to get some inspiration for a Monday. Thanks Kim! Sorry I've been sort of absent lately but I have been reading all your posts! Hopefully when I get back from work today (it's 7:30 and I need to leave soon!) I can catch back up. Hope you're having a good start to your week!

  4. I seriously did not even know this existed. Wow! Such wonderful words of wisdom all from one person. What an incredible project. As someone who never feels settled and probably never will, hearing these words of encouragement is quite a boost to my day.

  6. how inspirational, and different from any other 365 project I have seen around.

I really needed to see photo #2 and read those words. Grad school applications, deadlines, requirements, school projects, a thesis for a class. It feels like life's happening to fast. Thanks for sharing a piece of goodness and peace of mind.

  10. I actually use some of these images as my desktop background. But my biggest sources of inspiration lately have been my day-to-day life and my friends.
